Thirty or sixty minutes off your feet, while the rest of your day drops away for a while.

We press with thumbs and knuckles on set points in the sole of your foot. Chinese reflexology holds that those points connect to the rest of your body — foot reflexology, it is called. Whether you take that idea on board or not: most people walk out feeling lighter, and that is what you came for.
You do not need to undress. Trouser legs rolled up past the knee, shoes and socks off, and you sit or lie back for the rest.
Hospitality, retail, care work. Your feet carry it.
Around the city, or travelling with a suitcase behind you.
Many people find it easier to wind down afterwards.
Even indoors, even with socks on.
With sixty minutes we take in your lower legs and calves.
Trouser legs up, shoes and socks off. That is all.
Thirty minutes where nobody needs anything from you.
Firm, yes. It should not be painful. Some points feel more sensitive than others, which is normal and usually eases within a few seconds. Say so if it gets too much, you do not have to be polite about it.
We usually start with a warm foot bath. Then we begin at your heels and work up towards your toes: flat pressure first to loosen the muscles under the sole, then more precisely on the points that feel stiff.
With open wounds, fever, thrombosis or recent surgery on your foot or leg we would rather not. Tell us before we start. In doubt, check with your doctor first.
No. Trouser legs rolled up past the knee, shoes and socks off. You keep the rest of your clothes on.
