Traditional Chinese Massage Number 1 (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you visit our website or book an appointment, why we do so, and what rights you have.

When you contact us. If you use our contact form we keep your name, e-mail address and message. If you reach us via WhatsApp or phone, that conversation runs through your own phone and app; we only keep what we need to arrange your appointment.
When you book. We note your name, phone number, the treatment you chose, the location and the time. We use this only to schedule and carry out your treatment.
Health information. If you tell us about complaints, injuries or pregnancy before a treatment, we use that only to keep the treatment safe and suitable. We do not record it in a file and we do not share it.
We use no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels from Facebook or other platforms, and no software that tracks you across websites. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Form submissions are kept for a maximum of twelve months, unless there is an ongoing appointment or question. Data we are required to keep for tax purposes is retained for seven years, as the law prescribes.
You may always ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send a message to info@massagenumber1.com and we will respond within four weeks. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Our website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to form submissions is limited to staff who need it for their work.
