These terms apply to all treatments at Traditional Chinese Massage Number 1, at both of our Amsterdam locations.
You can book via WhatsApp, by phone, or at the reception desk. An appointment is confirmed once we have acknowledged it by message or in person. Walk-ins are welcome too; we will help you as soon as a slot is free.
If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone. We kindly ask you to do this at least two hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to someone else. In case of repeated no-shows we may ask for payment in advance.
Payment is made after the treatment, in the salon. Prices on this website are in euros and include VAT. Prices may change; the price displayed in the salon at the time of your treatment is the price you pay.
Massage is relaxation and wellbeing, not medical treatment. Our therapists are not doctors and do not make diagnoses. Please tell us before your treatment if you are pregnant, under a doctor’s care, taking medication, running a fever, have an injury or skin condition, or have recently had surgery. In some cases we will advise you to consult your doctor first, or we will suggest a different treatment. If in doubt we may decline a treatment; we always do so in your interest.
Our treatments are strictly professional and non-erotic. In the event of inappropriate behaviour or requests we will end the treatment immediately and the full amount remains payable.
Visitors under sixteen are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you bring valuables, please keep them with you. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
If you are not satisfied, tell us straight away or send a message to info@massagenumber1.com. We take every complaint seriously and will look for a solution together.
Dutch law applies to these terms.
