護理過程
What happens
A foot bath first
Your feet soak in warm water. That softens the skin so callus comes away more easily, and it is the moment you start to unwind.
Nails and cuticles
We cut the nails straight across and file them. Straight is not a style choice: it stops the corners from growing into the skin. Cuticles are pushed back and tidied.
Callus and dry patches
Callus usually sits on the heel and under the ball of the foot, exactly where the pressure is. We take it off without touching the healthy skin underneath.
A foot massage to finish
We close with a short foot massage using cream. That is the part most people come back for, and the difference with doing it yourself at home.
Shellac if you want it
Ordinary polish often chips within days. Shellac stays put for two to three weeks and keeps its shine without touching up. It can be added to the pedicure.
Men are just as welcome
Callus and ingrown nails do not care who you are. The treatment works exactly the same without polish, and that is entirely normal here.
Good to know
How often should you come?
Most people come every four to six weeks. If you walk or run a lot, callus returns faster and once a month is more comfortable. There is no subscription, you book per visit.
What should you bring?
Nothing. Towels, foot bath and materials are ready for you. Do wear shoes you can slip out of easily, and keep in mind that with shellac it is better not to put closed shoes straight back on.
When not to book
We are a cosmetic pedicure, not a medical one. If you have diabetes, a fungal nail, an open wound or an infected ingrown nail, please see a medical pedicure or your doctor. We treat healthy feet.
